Pros

Work culture is relaxing and good

Cons

Main concern is job security. Company is client centric. They can fire level 1 employee any time without any prior notice. They just simple ask to put the resign. If anyone wants to earn some money for shorter period of time than they can join. Otherwise company is not good for a person who have long term goal.

Pros

One of the best company for freshers, you'll learn a lot of things under right wings. Vast programs based on your interest. i was deployed in Financial Markets and was working for one of the top investment bank. HR's are very responsive to your query. Well cultured and reputed KPO company in India.

Cons

Politics when it comes to promotions. Single digit increments Less pay/compensation and need to extend shift if required. Very less Night Shift Allowance(NSA), Insurance Policy, paid pick and drop service, no OT/incentives when compared to other companies in the same segment.

-You get to learn se of the latest technologies in the analytics and martech space. -opportunity to work with a large number of the biggest clients in the space

Cons

Management is disconnected from reality. Your value is based on your GGM ( global gross margin). They put you on as many client projects as they can to "recover their costs" and then expect premium quality work which is logically incorrect. Mgmt is obsessed with you providing 'value addition' to the client, while choosing to ignore what's necessary to provide quality work and meet the actual asks or expectations of client. Some Sr managers like to hold strategy discussions with the aim of boosting their own egos masked as discussing value additions.But they have don't know the basics of effective leadership such as not berating anyone or putting anyone down in front of everyone. All while saying " we are one family".
