Eclerx top leadership team is good and company provides lot of offers and benifits

Cons

Partiality and politics. Though they are talented there are few grudge people who stayed in the company without any technical knowledge just to save them they will destroy other talented people careers. They dont think about other family Especially people who stayed in company more than 17 years we can give Doctorate in politics.
