Pros
- Personally I couldn't find any pros working in this organization - But if you are good in extracting text from PDF, then you will get promotion / increment in like every cycle. (if you don't know python, ML, statistics, probability then also that's fine) - Only projects they have got which they call as "CoE_ML projects" are extracting text from PDF / invoices.
Cons
-From my 3 years of experience, I worked on 2 proper Machine Learning projects which were forcefully converted to rule based algorithm (if-else) later. -Management has no knowledge in AI/ML at all. -They form a team to work for client and don't even monitor what their employees are working on and out of no where during appraisal cycle they give review as either "Consistent Performer" (in which case you will loose your variable pay) or "Star Performer" (but you won't get promotion or good hike and the reason would be - "There are very few promotions in this cycle, you will be promoted in next cycle for sure" ) - Not sure how they hire people but my senior team mates didn't knew how to reply all to outlook invite (you can guess now, on what level you will have to work with them when any new technical requirement comes) - Very partial role assignments. They will hire IIT / NIT students with EnTC, Civil or Mechanical background but they will be hired as "Associate Process Manager" with zero knowledge in Python or ML. But they will work with / under "Senior Analyst" (1 level below APM) on a project with higher salary than SA.
