Knowledge assimilation. IF you are a fresher in the Investment banking or financial services industry, this can be one of the best companies to start with. Well the major reason for this is also poor training and knowledge transfer processes, you will have to learn and understand everything on your own which is turn is the best way to learn something to it's core.

Cons

* Incompetent management. You'll have managers are absolute college freshers who you with more than 5 years of experience report to. How can you expect a rookie to manage TLs and their underlings. * Poor pay * Unhappy clients. This company is an outsource service provider to one of the major investment banks for majorly reconciliation services. Just because of the incompetence of the management your clients will always be unhappy about the way things are done and approached or the knowledge management is done.
