Stability for many years suitable for people who just want some payment irrespective of job

Cons

Meager salary with nominal rise in nominal salary. Company absolutely doesn't care about its employees and humiliating compensation policy and does not react to harassing managers. Managers are high headed and most of them don't even have skills.
