Employee benefits are there you can take leave in your probation/notice period , grt work culture and you get 1 day salary for 1 leave . managers and HRs were helpful.

One of the best company for fresher Learned a lot of things here Being a part of awesome team Flexible timings Employees are very friendly are enjoyable Apart of work company also focus on extracurricular activities Team building activity Most of the managers are very nice and approachable It's actually heaven for ladies. (No night shift, can take leave anytime :-) ) Avaya extension :-) Company's annual day is one of the best annual day among the all companies in India I can challenge it. You will have a good reputation if you do good in your work. I made a very good reputation here. Missing eClerx badly. If I got chance in future definitely work here. No lay-offs

*No infrastructure *Some senior Ops managers are very rude *Salary hike is less *Not a developer friendly environment *No proper medical insurance facility *Costly transport *No brand-name *Do not adapt new technology *Some senior employees think that this is a govt. job, and they are only here for month end salary
