Job Security is good. Team mates were good

Cons

Some TL are egoistic and are not open to constructive feedback and are rude. They try all tricks to Gaslight. The HR department is also on the same lines. Half the time they are unaware and keep passing the responsibility on each other without giving any clarity to the employees.
