      It's a job. And it could be interesting if only people were treated better. The product is fascinating.

      Cons

      No leadership. Overtime without compensation. No accountability from management. One person doing many jobs. No time for development of employees.

      great benefits great 401k too they are willing to give anyone a chance for working for them if they think you have the abilities to do so

      Cons

      this company wants you to work for them 24 hrs ether at the office or at home even when you are out sick, they still want you to work. the company has no leadership each department does their own thing without any interdepartmental communication. also this company underpays its employees. this company is the worst company i have ever worked for
