Pros

Teams are generally cooperative and helpful. Learning opportunities exist if you are self-driven. Stable job environment with predictable processes.

Cons

They have started forcing unnecessary rules for WFH employees and gradually forcing everyone to return to office by sweeter words. Very tight deadlines with unrealistic expectations. No appreciation for hard work — effort goes unnoticed. Fixed and very low salary hikes regardless of performance. They I introduced compoff instead of comp pay to cost cutting concern. No real promotions even after years of good delivery. Talented employees are not rewarded with compensation and often not retained. Below-market salary compared to industry standards. No WFH allowances, even for full-time remote employees. No half-day leave option, overly strict leave policy. Managers focus more on output than well-being or recognition. Career growth path is unclear and rarely implemented.
