Pros

Support for h1b and visa issues There is no layoff policy even for low performance issues since KPIs are not really measured

Cons

No sick leave - vacation is 15 days so need to use vacation days for sick time also Limited company paid holidays Constant weekend work Environment issues all the time and application freezes constantly There is lot of confusion between teams due to miscommunication and then leads end up blaming team. All teams have constant weekend work there is no break at all. Good hardworking employees are given more work while rest can rest . No equal distribution of work. They start with 6 weeks training where a script is given for all to follow but this is more for trainers. The PMs, TAMs, Trainer, PA, QA all go through same training and its very confusing. Not much communication between clinical and non clinical staff. Ratio of clinical to non clinical is very less . They find it very difficult to hire newer staff due to low retention rate. Zero support to new employees . There is a lot of office politics and almost all employees have stayed there for 14+ years and there is no training . The company has 30% family members working in top roles and it is very tough to work with them. They have a CIA in place for past few years and there is a lot of fear culture. Read about it before accepting the offer There is no documentation that details the work and communication between teams. Lot of silos. They are trying to catch up but its very hard with 90% workforce not used to doing what the industry currently follows Hike is very low 2% or so and given every 2 years and bonus is only 2k maximum unless you are part of the inner circle I dont know where the positive reviews of one liner is from .

Pros

Located in metro west Cafeteria Not necessary to update skills - can stay in same role for years without any growth - complacent employees are rewarded

Cons

They provide weeks of training to learn their product but in fact the product is nothing but a labryinth and an amalgamation of freezing software made in the 80s . The expectation is to adapt to their way of working and forget everything that was learnt previously. There is a lot of silencing that happens - they expect people not to be vocal and just do what is being expected of them There is a lot of disdain towards new hires hence the average time that a new hire stays is less than a year . HR discusses pay raise and bonuses before hire but in reality yearly reviews never happen . In some cases yearly reviews moves to two years then increases are given in very low % and bonus is almost null. Existing employees are treated well but newer employees are left to fend for themselves. Long hours especially during pandemic there is a lot of promises to give comp off but never been given. Folks work unto 14 hours day including weekends. Zero work life balance . No focus on trainings . No option to learn new technologies or utilize and add value. Very static role The positive reviews added are practically the same - not sure if these are from real people or the HR
