Worked with ecw for long time like 7/8 years, got a chance to work with great leadership specifically Mumbai site. Mumbai TL and managers are really helpful. Company provides great salary and bonuses- depending on performance obviously. Good facilities as compared to other MNCs

Cons

- It depends on manager, if he gives promotions per norms then you are good. Sadly Some promotions are given to favourite people only and you have to find your own way to achieve your goals.
