1).You will get good increament only if you have good relation with TL.
2).Night shifts is the worst part, and periculerly in Atlantis-no value of TAMs.
3).giving bonus to support department and that is 1/4th of insentives given to other department, although this comapny is NOTHINGG without technical support.
4).no indian holidays at all, providing 2 floter leavs, which never get aprooved.
5).very bad appraisal system. Again, if u have good relation with Team Lead, your appraisal will be done before time and will get increamented salary at correct time. Else have to wait for increamented salary for 2months.
Not spending enough money for Atlantis office, as other offices are having good infrascture and facilities.
