Job security. You will always have work.

Cons

After working for years have seen no advancement. Not much credit is given when it is due. The company is highly micro managed. Only those who are ethnic will find a "place" within eClinicalWorks.

They are great employer who are in progress path so job is secure as long as you don't do anything stupid.

Cons

So many employees are related to each other and quite a few of them have connection with Senior management so you do expect some discrimination.
