Pros
Freedom to do what is required in your job. Provided you are willing to do what it takes. The company is growing and you do not find a lot of companies in that space. Taking the oppourtunity to learn at your work place, will only give you immense pleasure of acheving what you have set out for.
Cons
Employees should learn to respect the job they do. If not for the company,for themselves. Time & Tide once gone will never come back. Make the best use of it.
