      Pros

      Company is growing fast. Most employees are satisfied with company.employees gets many benefits like yearly bonus, subsidised food and door to door pickup and drop by company cab.

      Cons

      Sometime you have to work in different shifts but its individual like or not. Company only give US holidays not Indian holidays.

      Pros

      Lots of space to grow. Since its a medium sized company you will have to handle multiple roles, which is good for people who wants to learn and grow. Stable environment. As long as u do your work, flexible timings. Great healthcare benefits too!

      Cons

      No promotion. Its not exactly a con, even if they dont promote you with a title, you get good incentives+bonus yearly.

      Cons

      Politics. Night shift. Lack of new opportunities to learn and get promoted. No night shift allowance.
