Based on my personal experience at eCW ATL office, 1. Ahmedabad office is treated as a dustbin, it has the worst of eCW including the TL. 2. Bad promotion policy (No Growth ) There is no promotion policy actually forget the word bad. It all depends how TL sees you that's it. No written policy at all. You never know what you need to do to get a promotion. 3. Worst code and poorest possible software architecture. No room to learn something new. 4. School like work culture, every day HR will check your 'uniform', I card, beard, tattoo, nails etc. 5. Insult of experience and talent Here 1.5yr exp javascript developer takes interview of 4-5 yrs exp java/.net developer. 6. Forget salary yearly hikes Here they do this in 1.5 years 7. Worst gender ratio Of course this too is important. 8. Admin team actually behaves like a gang of vasepur 9. Second class treatment is given to eCW ATL developers. Even monitors are twice worst. 10. Most ridiculous and illogical taxation policy of account department. 11. Food is bad than govt hostel mess or may be even the one from sabarmati jail. 12. But all this things are dominated by their poor review and appraisal system. If you are developer then you have to wait for minimum 3 months to get appraisal because of laziness of some Senior members and leads of development teams. They are slower then the government department. If you make some mistakes then they will say that “Oh ! this is $350 Million company. How can you make that mistake?” But if you ask for appraisal then they behave like $0 value company. They Don’t have time for your appraisal.
