      Pros

      Pros are very very less nothing much to say about it. Still I am putting some of them. 1. canteen 2. transportation 3. clean office

      Cons

      1. No proper management 2. They can't afford UI developers. so java people work on UI 3. HR not at all professional 4. Salary is below average 5. Very Old Technology. 6. No Future Growth 7. Seniors do not have a right to take even a small decision to change even a single line of code 8. Very strict about timings when it comes to employees except HR and Admin people. They keep moving around and around 9. No trust on employees 10. 1 year bond because they can't retain employees 11. Not good appraisals. 12. mid level or junior level employees cant give ideas. they r just puppets 13. Interview process will take months and they keep candidate w8ing for 6 hours 8 hours and by the time you can see HR moving around you. talking on the phone there are still lot more to go..

      Pros

      1) Good Pick and Drop facility. 2) High quality meal at subsidised rate. 3) Better Pay. 4) Leaves are more than other companies. 5) Transparency between every department. 6) They will give you training about everything like culture, product etc. 7) Upper level management of every department is supportive. 8) They have one of the best infrastructure in Ahmedabad.

      Cons

      1) There are some silly HR policies. 2) Sometimes need to stay for long hours.
