Great travel perks but short onboarding training

Pros

Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

Cons

Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.

Pros

- ability to work remotely when you are not traveling -IF you are lucky in training you may get an opportunity to meet the CEO. Very Sharp guy! Smart, kind and open to listening to your thoughts

Cons

-Resource deployment - Cheap - Low meal stipend - Clients unwilling to learn/ attention -Favoritism with travel choices

Lots of downtime, no one checks up on you

Cons

Bad management. Things fall through the cracks all the time and make your life hard. I got ghosted when I asked my boss to have a meeting to discuss job expectations since I was doing the work of other people.
