Pros

Annual appraisal cycle, happens in April every year. Bi annual appraisal for good performers. Very detailed process for appraisal. For fresher's, it happens after 6 months of hiring and CTC is increased as per their performance. Loved the engagement activities here. Lots of team specific parties during the project.

Cons

More company wide parties should be there. Only 1 outing or party happens in a year.

Pros

Very vibrant environment, I appreciate the way I was onboarded.. the process are so detailed that you can find everything on the portal and there is no confusion. HR team was very helpful and friendly as they cleared all my doubts on the 1st day. I felt very welcomed in the company. Canteen food is also very good and tasty.

No cons so far. Enjoying here. :)
