I have been part of the transformation and sharing Birds Eye view of what is Altudo now - We have 360 Degree review system which empowers people to review their own bosses -You get to work with Fortune 100 to Fortune 200 clients -You get Profit share of the project that you worked on. The share could be multiple times of monthly compensation. I recommend getting in touch with your old pals or send mail to hr and the team will happily share the last payout data. -Every employee has a self created learning plan monitored and tracked monthly via a dedicated Mentor. -Transparent and data centric rating system where performance data gets locked every month instead of leaving your performance appraisal at the mercy for managers -You get $18k worth of family trip annually in additon to appraisals if you are Rockstar performer -Onsite Visa processing for multiple countries at organisational expenses. Feel free to connect with people who travelled onsite to UK and those who are onsite on H1. B1/B2 has been applied for close to 10% of employees and many were successful. -Trainings from externally hired experts -Partnership with industry leaders to open more business verticals besides Sitecore -Dedicated monthly party budgets in addition project success and other organisation level events -CEO Connect Program where people are free to talk their heart out over lunch with CEO. This might seem like a manipulated post, but so are other positive posts (as claimed by many other reviewers :)).Feel free to send mail and get validation of every point PERIOD( taken from many other reviews :))

Cons

There are always improvement areas that every organization keeps working on. Employees are openly adding to the list and we have a backlog , which is getting executed as per the defined priority :) If you are an ex employee and feel you have suggestions, feel free to get in touch

no pros Bad company i have ever seen.

Cons

polluted location Salary not on time forget your variable Leads and managers dont take responsibilty developers treated as slave Some TL's and Pm's uses bad languages with developers for their work you can not trust on management verbly. take everything in written. No extra activities. No training of Sitecore. HR makes fool to the new candidates. And many more, So dont join this worst company. This is not a company but a website shop.

-Employee friendly policies -Flexible working hours -Good projects - Good Managers and leads with Technical knowledge - Ample of Opportunities for growth - Good to learn new technologies - Good salary and appraisals - Lot of parties, Office outings

Cons

Currently there only there are only 3 slots for metro pick up, should increase it to 5.

Work exposure is ok and get to learn things only if your manager is Good. Supportive team is important to work there

They are not professional and not employee centric. I won't recommend to work there at all.

Pros

Working here makes me feel good because they let me do what i love to do, the managers are very helpful and walk me through every process so that i am able to learn things properly. The company culture is very good, we have activity area where we can play so that makes a good life balance. The project that are going on in the company are very good and interesting which helps me a lot to learn about the industry, in turn helping me grow in my professional space.

Cons

There should be a covered parking area so that my car is cool in the evening when i am going back home and the food served has a lot of fat content because of which i am gaining weight, so that should be take care of.

A good company for freshers only not for experienced

Pros

A Sitecore oriented organization 1. Good place to learn as a fresher only 2. Nice people 3. Higher visibility within the organization

Cons

1. Company will only care for you if you are a Sitecore developer 2. No management at all 3. So much Salary issues 4. Infrastructure is bad 5. Person centric organization 6. Personal conflicts between the senior management 7. No work culture 8. Employees are used by higher management as objects to keep themselves better in organizational politics 9. All project managers are of no use except one or two. 10. Increment arrears are like a dream comes true if you get them in less than 6 months. 11. Thay never paid variable part of salary not even 5%.

Pros

Best place to learn and worked on sitecore. Working environment is very good. Colleague and managers are very supportive and talented

Cons

For those people who never worked on CMS sitecore and not willing to learn and adapt this CMS, then it could be more challenging for them.

full of young and vibrant talent.This company has Great Environment and Good opportunities, Something additionally good about this place is Salary and the Benefits they provide and the fresh culture they have. The work environment is awesome. We do have flexibility as in the working hours and shifts. Work culture, food, transport, co - workers, management, perks, work place, fun at work, strong team leads and managers, values and obsession for betterment.

Cons

There should be more focus on external training for people to acquire more skills.
