Pros

The people here are great. The culture club is a neat way to get people involved and create that fun vibe. Laid back atmosphere, everyday is casual day. You can move around to other departments pretty easily. Upper managment listens to your opinions. Easy routine work.

Cons

Really bad benefits. (& no they arent working very hard to improve them) sometimes feels like im back in high school. Lower management seems to really only focus on money. You need to pay to park there which is cheap. Praise and recognition does not equate pay increases. Very high turn over. The sales team gets the most attention for praise and awards while everyone else gets forgotten.

Life (and work) is what you make of it.

Pros

As with everything in life, work too is what you make of it and the attitude you bring to the table. If you work hard as an agent, you can make what you deserve to make. That's sales. Period. If you don't like the compensation plan, then go get another sales job. If you are good, you won't have a problem making money. Otherwise put your head down and grind away and you'll see results both monetarily and professionally. As far as the other positions at Efinancial, if you work hard, show up, and contribute there is room to grow in this fast growing company. If you don't currently have the skills for the position you want to attain, go out and find out how to get them. Tell your manager what direction you want to go in. They will most likely tell you how to achieve it and give you advice. Managers love people working for them that are ambitious and want to improve themselves personally and professionally. It also looks good for the manager who hired you and who helped you get to that next level. Great office, great people, room to grow professionally, great "culture" aspects--golf outings, company outings, office potlucks, games, Cable TV in the lunch area, etc etc.

Cons

As mentioned in other reviews, benefits are an issue that everyone is aware of and it is being addressed. Sometimes slow to makes changes, but I think that is because they are trying to get it right the first time instead of making change for change's sake.

Pros

Great training, access to management, good opportunity to make lots of money. Aliss is a great customer management system. Good team leaders.

Cons

They are trying to step into lead generation business and are taking good leads out of the hands of agents. Keep reselling same old, aged leads over and over. Often webinars turn into a beat down from management telling us to sell more or work more. They are not the "boss" of me. I do this business so I don't need to hear from someone like that on a weekly basis.
