Been with the company for a few years and have had advancement opportunties, recognition of hard work, and talented and creative co-workers. It has a great culture with fun activities, events, philothrophy, sporting events and lots of laughs. Great Group of People!

Cons

Wish everyone could stay! Made some really great friends and wished it was the "right fit for everyone"

Pros

The people are great. It's a young, fun, and exciting working environment. No prospecting for leads, warm leads come in all day. The days go by fast and it allows you to have a healthy work/life balance. Half day overtime shift on Saturdays is a great way to make great money.

Cons

Could use some free snack foods. Also, the schedule is known to change frequently.
