      Got to learn a lot in the beginning, IF you stay longer than 4 years, you get great onsite opportunities

      Cons

      Learning literally stopped after 18 months of work. Work becomes mundane and repitative

      The company is undergoing a transformation and is growing rapidly. This provides for a dynamic and interesting place to work and grow. Good local management in place in EMEA now. Sales VP has the right attitude and aptitude and support to make the changes needed.

      Growing pains. Transition to cloud taking longer than expected.
