      Pros

      Everyone is very prompt and proactive with their help. There's warmth, friendship, and good work. Plus, life is never dull at eGain. There's something new happening all the time. You have to keep up.

      Cons

      Well, if you can't keep up with the changes, you can get left behind. Also, it would be great to have a snooze place for those power nap needs that hit at odd-hours. It would improve productivity.

      1. Flexible timings 2. Balanced life 3. No work stress 4. Good increments if TL or manager loves you

      1. Poor management of work 2. Politics in upper level 3. Try to follow what you convey in your mails like Rotation policies. 4. Not giving much chances to learn 5. Poor increments

      Pros

      eGain has very intellectual capital, most of the team member are from IIT or NIT (most reputed technologies institutes in India). Still a start up cultural, you can a lot of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Total driven on perception, almost no one in firm do due diligence. Most of the senior management is full of people with "Yes Sir Attitude"
