1. Senior developers are helpful and approachable 2. Good place to learn the basics

Cons

1. Lots of office politics 2. Old school beliefs and methods by senior management. 3. Inflexibility 4. Repetitive work ; there is little scope for growth 5. People are not valued in company. Lots of people left in the last one year. 6. People seem to have no clear idea where the company is heading.
