Average management team. Old product development technologies. Average process and practices. Old timers with limited skills and knowledge from US office control the India teams. They are valued more then new employees. Poor salary structure. Average culture and work environment. India leadership was good but many good people in Pune and Noida office have left the organization in last 1-2 years. (Use linkedIn ?) Unskilled incompatible people are at important positions. Favoritism is prevalent. Growth is limited.

No visibility into the closed ranks of the top execs. They applaud mediocrity in all areas but software development and it's reflected in the below-market salary levels. There is no flexibility if you're in the head office, but no one really bothers you if you're remote. The corporate culture is really awful and very bad office politics and even worse seating assignments.
