The companies technology is best in class. Many of the people you will work with are very respectful and team oriented. Significant opportunity to make an impact in the industry.
Cons
I titled this review as disconnected organization because each department functions in a vacuum. The internal teams are not in synch because of the fear of leadership. The leadership is schizophrenic in their direction and driven by quarterly numbers. I would say there are many good employees but very few 'A' players. Unfortunately, those few 'A' players are not elevated into key leadership positions. Promotions are given based on relationship (often family). Marketing should be called analyst relations, because that is there only capability. This is by far the most significant area impacting growth. Many marketing employees are constantly searching for a way out. Need to completely start over.
