Pros

Love the people, work environment, employee engagement activities. Salary gets credited few days before month end which helps. Good appraisals and promotions for deserving people. Company took good care when traveling on-site to US office.

eGain is a great company. Very nice and friendly people. I enjoy the usual biryani parties, team outings. Good team building activities and team work.

Cons

No negatives so far. Company takes good effort in improving work environment.
