      Work life balance. Everyone stays for longer years

      Cons

      Promotion and salary should be at par with the industry. Location is only at Kalyani Nagar. Comute issues.

      Good company to work for

      eGain is a good place to work, the people are great and the reward/benefits to work here are very good as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be long hours, but I knew this before I started, and I don't mind as the rewards for working hard are very good.
