A lot of scope to know the whole product quickly , as workload is there always, depends on how you consider this. Very dynamic environment , you get chance to interact a lot and share knowledge and ideas.

1. Less process oriented 2.Technology used is old. 3.Sal diference acrosss communities like NIT, IIT and local.

Cons

Not very strong presence of product knowledge. Absence of sport/gaming culture within office premises.
