1. There are some great people in the company, everyone is quite friendly 2. It's nice to see a good mix of older folks and younger eager faces in the company 3. There is catered lunch every Friday as well as fun company-wide events hosted around holiday dates 4. Because the company is more small-mid sized, it's easy to meet people across teams and even from other offices 5. Good work-life balance 6. Pretty good benefits (401k match). -- As an overall, the company is moving in a positive direction. They are working on improving culture for their employees. The product is promising and powerful.
Cons
1. In comparison to other offices in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area, eGain lacks modern and creative workspaces 2. Feels difficult to get management to think about new ideas and try new approaches, so sometimes it feels like we have fallen behind in the fast-paced technology industry 3. There can be a lot of disorganization among upper management 4. Internal education on product and company needs improvement; many employees can't explain or summarize what the company does in a short and easy 2-3 sentences. 5. Growth opportunities seem limited
