Kaiser for Medical. Work from home twice a week. Day off on your birthday.

Cons

Bonus. Will work nights and still have to come into work in the morning. Work/life balance will be affected. Rarely make a profit on the employee stock purchase plan (espp), if any.

They took us with whatever skills we had and trained and oriented us towards the work. No tall order of requirements like other organizations. Great pay for freshers.

Cons

Just as other companies if there lack of projects it leads to sudden layoffs. All that "we are a family here" goes down the drain. Didn't even let me visit the office to return my device, they had it picked up from my home.
