You get to learn a lot as the management always encourages you to try new things out, gives you freedom of work. Good for beginners.
Cons
This employer once used to be one of the most employee-oriented one. But now it has lost that title. Employer is not keen on retaining good employees. Annual salary revision is the main point of concern among the employees and is the main reason employees are considering to switch. Travel opportunities are not being given to the employees anymore and the management itself keeps travelling very frequently, which doesn’t help company to keep employees happy and energetic.
