      - Casual work culture - flexible working hours - very supportive and knowledgeable seniors

      Pros

      Pros: When I first started working it was great. You got to know everyone in the company including the executives. Everyone was helpful when you had questions. I loved the people I worked with.

      Cons

      This place is full of nepotism. Many people get hired with no experience over people with experience because they are friends or related to someone else. A lot of husbands and wives work together and the company sponsors the spouses work visa even though they have never worked.
