      Plenty of latitude to be creative, with ample support Driven company with focus on retention and building relationships Truly a best-of-breed product set, with strong following and customer successes

      Cons

      CEO is still engrossed in many decisions that would be usually delegated, and sometimes direction is inconsistent. Very few people have access to CEO for influence on key decision-making aspects

      Health Insurance. 2 days wfh, but the company seems to voice moving towards in-office during teams meetings.

      Cons

      4-person team cubicles. Will avoid raises near the end of the year and pay via backpay.
