      Pros

      Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. Employees are encouraged and have options to undertake further training to benefit their careers. Flexible working hours with the option to work from home. Senior management and manager are open, concerned and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here). Leadership is in best hands. Listen to its employees and take actions accordingly. Altogether this is the best company to work for.

      Senior Leadership Needs to Go

      Pros

      Amazing people and very flexible. Above average salary.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks strategic thinking and know how. CEO is a micromanager which makes the overall culture extremely slow. There is no real marketing strategy to speak of, leading sales to generate their own leads especially in the EMEA market. No marketing tech stack (mail merge for email campaigns) Very much a culture of 'this is how we've always done it'. Employee turnover extremely high, yet issue isn't really recognised by leadership. Striking amount of nepotism in senior leadership, thus lacking real diversity of thought (and also skill).
