      Toxic Micromanagement

      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      There is a high level of micromanagement from upper management. The company continues to use the same formula on repeat and expects success. They have failed to see that the market has changed and will not listen to their employees to make the changes needed. Morale is really low and anticipate them losing more employees in the near future.

      Great People with Poor Leadership
