      It's Impressive How Bad It Is Here

      Pros

      Most of us on the Sales team are looking for other positions right now, and have each others' backs. Management is about to experience a rude awakening with the impending mass exodus, though it's debatable if they even care

      Cons

      -Terrible Management that continuously switches sales strategies -Demo system glitches out 80% of the time on customer demos -They force you to use company slides that give customers "Windows95" vibes - No marketing team to support you - Even when you do build rapport with a customer, the SDR team in India will continuously blast them with spam, reducing any chance you have to maintain credibility -eGain can't actually scale fast enough to keep up with a large customer, so they would rather have you close smaller deals first - Many reps have complained that they've been "screwed over" by the company when it comes to commission

      Horrible Training, No Systems

      Pros

      Direct manager and team are nice and relatively welcoming.

      Cons

      - Hiring at breakneck speed into a team that doesn't have adequate prospecting tools, data management, or sequencing capabilities. - They use outlook and MSD - Training is possibly the dullest and least interactive training I've ever had to tolerate - Everyone in their internal training and team meetings sounds like a monotone voice from the dead - No one seems enthusiastic to be here, especially in the training videos - The CEO is horrendously wrong about competitive intel - The product looks like I'm trying to boot internet explorer in windows 98, and the user experience is just as bad. They may have the capabilities, but this software is fragmented garbage

      great to start career, not to grow

      Pros

      You learn a whole lot of technologies that will benefit you for the long run. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Not a great place if you want to grow. If you are a person of great passion and talent for tech, please save yourself time and use it wisely in another company. You want to be surrounded by people who value your talent, not get overrun by people who think their ideas are WAY better than yours. Nepotism is common as well. Pay is low.
