Pros

Competitive compensation and good people to work with.

Cons

Upper management needs more oversight into who the middle managers are and how they lead their units. They neglect to see whether or now their middle managers are actually producing real results and not just showing them what they want to see.

Pros

Great co-workers and collaborative environment Good pay and benefits

Cons

C suite cares about their wallet more than the people. Can’t help but notice that nearly all women in executive leadership roles have been replaced with men. Those that do remain have been pushed to the side and removed from key initiatives. Why?
