Aep and company not caring about scamming prospects

Cons

Pros

The people I work with make my job something I look forward to coming to every morning. I've honestly never felt that way about any job until I came here. As far as the work itself, I love eHealth's systems and programs. The enrollment process is straightforward and easy to navigate. I've never worked in insurance prior to this, but I've been told by coworkers who have and apparently this isn't always the case with other companies' programs. The calls are inbound, so there's already an advantage there to grab hold of! Overall, it's been the absolute best job experience I've ever had. I would 10/10 recommend it.

Cons

The only con I can find in this job is this: if you are not comfortable with making sales or being in a sales environment, this job MAY not be for you. However, the management team here at the Tulsa site are phenomenal at their jobs and they will do everything they can to help you navigate the sales environment by giving you tips, scripts, and one on one help during your calls. If you remain coachable and dedicated, I guarantee you will succeed. My first week sucked, but after help from the management team, I was able to put their feedback into fruition and ultimately landed myself on the list of top 10 agents on site. There's only a con if this job is just simply not for you. If you're willing to try though, I'd say go for it, you'll be great here!
