      Politics exist in some departments more than others

      Pros

      Choice of good snacks, fruits and drinks. Some (very few) senior management members easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Employees have their own groups, if you are not with someone who is close to senior management, you might as well start looking. Big gap between senior management and team members.

      Nice coworkers People come in late and leave early

      Cons

      The corporate culture is very 1990's and so is the management style. eHealth's outlook is very unpredictable and there is a good chance this company will sufferer severe setbacks because of legislation.
