Pros

Diverse mix of skillful employees with positive outlook.

Cons

Overall needs complete management shake-up. Cronyism is pervasive. Management has no "value" for employees, belief that they are a dime a dozen with salary to match. If not part of the "favs" have little if any opportunity to make more than the $14/hr base. HR will "lie, cheat and steal" to obtain a commitment from prospective employees with promises of huge increase in salary.

Pros

You can make a lot of money Training

Cons

Micromanaging is horrible Back to back calls nonstop (if you are a top agent that’s year round) You can be top agent but if your sup doesn’t want you they will nitpick and find a way to get rid of you. Managers change often
