Pros

I just wanted to take a min and share my thoughts on what working at eHealth is like. They are very kind here and knowledgeable, they have a great training program, they give you paid recharge days. Kind of like paid holidays but just for the heck of it. The managers know what they are doing and my manager now, Steven Cordon is one of the smartest people I have met. I really like it here. While your in training they giver you a bonus for 3 months which is great.

Cons

the calls are challenging at times and it takes some time to acclimate to their process. They have a great coaching process that helps with that.

Pros

If you are a licensed Insurance Agent working with Medicare beneficiaries you can make some good money here. They gave me an allowance to buy a chair, desk and they paid for my cell phone and internet each month.

Cons

I was told that I would be able to become a licensed agent with in 3-6 months. I was bounced around to 7 different positions and mis lead about commissions paid when I was finally placed on the individual and family plan team rather than the medicare side. Very frustrating
