      Pros

      I love the people that I work with. I have what I would consider is some of the best bosses and co-workers a person can have. I feel I receive a lot of support from my managers and team leads. If I have a question the information is either available on the companies intranet site or I can easily ask the question with no shame to a supervisor or manager. They are always trying to improve our experiences as employees. The pay is amazing! I have worked for other companies where at the same type of job for half as much money.

      Cons

      The hours during AEP can be draining. I started as inbounded and now I am blended. I'm just not a fan of making outgoing sales calls, that's all. Sometimes the leads from vendors are not the best. I don't think it's eHealth's fault. I blame the vendors and their misleading advertising.

      The company pays for all leads and they are typically high converting, if you're a top salesperson, you're well compensated and placed on a development track.

      Cons

      If you have questions or are looking for a mentor, they are hard to find and Management has their way of doing things and may not be able to adapt to other ideas
