Great benefits, very nice coworkers, easy commute

Cons

Upper management is "the good ole boys club". Some managers should not be managing people under any circumstances. Most departments are a call center. How can anyone sell an insurance policy to a consumer that knows nothing about insurance in 3 minutes and do a good job doing so???

8 hours a day, except during aep, good health insurance don't have to take your work home or even think about it when you leave.

Cons

401K is a joke.....300 bucks a year is all they'll contribute... .they will cap your commissions for the year at 100K for the top person so there's no motivation to sell when you know they'll just raise the bar next year. trust me you won't make that much.
