Pros

The sales manager at our East Coast office is/was excellent. There was a good opportunity for training and licensing. The people were top notch. Good benefits.

Cons

The company seemed to grow past its bounds to manage change, But for the buffer provided by the exemplary local sales manager, upper management would drive over us at every turn. there were times where compensation plans did not meet industry standard and were punitive in nature.

fall in line you are a number to management and aren't listened to about new creative ideas what have you done for me know mentality. Past accomplishments and achievements are quickly overlooked. Wants to be considered a professional sales organization, but lacks ability to provide innovation.
