      Pros

      We have a brand new facility in the Westford, MA office and it is a nice environment to work out of...for now

      Cons

      The workforce is one that is very cut throat and backstabbing. Nearly each and every person is totally inconsiderate to his/her fellow employees. Women use the restroom as a social lounge while I've heard that male employees have observed others urinating on the bathroom floor. The parking lot is absolute chaos resembling that of a scene in Apocolypse Now. Employees have been known to intentionally park next to nice cars in an attempt to be "funny". It's as if they don't care for others personal property...or they have the humor of that of an 8 year-old

      Pros

      For the past 6 six years, there has been no lay offs. The pay is okay but has good benefit package. The atmosphere is relaxed but workload can get overwhelming at times. Overall, a good place to work.

      Cons

      Career advancement is pretty slim.
