Pros

comfortable work environment, understanding management, good money

Cons

talking to people with the saddest stories with only 60 seconds in-between calls is hard emotionally, and the race to get licensed in training makes employment feel like life or death in those weeks leading to the test. portion of time making mandatory 10/hr shifts for months.

Pros

The culture is awesome, everyone is super helpful and want to see you win.

Cons

When you on a team with 20 plus to one supervisor things can be tough. The pay is sale today and get half your pay 5 month later, not really feeling it.

Pros

They have you go through a full on training for medicare. It was fun and very educational. By the time you are done with training, you know enough to get on the phones. Managers were easy to work with. They did what they could to make it fun.

Cons

It is just a call center, but you get paid well for performance.
