Pros

Working at eHealth has been a great experience for me overall! The benefits are great, and they really listen to the employees. When we said we were burned out from the busy season they added an extra 4 (or 5) days off called "recharge days". When we said we wanted to stay remote, they started the transition to a permanent work from home company (except those who actually wanted to work in an office). Pay was above market average in my opinion as well which is hard to come by now days. I highly recommend this job to anyone who likes sales!

Cons

Sales jobs can be difficult, but that's just sales.

Pros

Benefits on day 1, they were happy to assist you in anyway to get your license. Everything from day 1 was a whirlwind but I can look back now and understand why. This is a sales job and you should go into this job knowing this.

Cons

You work from home and are expected to provide your own motivation. If you cannot, do not accept this job
