      Pros

      - You write your own paycheck with the work that you put in to the job. - They have more than enough resources for you to be successful in making fantastic money. - Unlimited accruing PTO - Best Health Insurance you can get - Very transparent - Awesome Supervisors - Many great people to learn from - The list goes on and on for the great things about this company

      Cons

      Very minimal downsides for working here. - AEP can get a little crazy at trying to balance work/life schedules - Some Supervisors can be seen as "Micromanagers" - If you aren't teachable, you will fail

      Pros

      They have great benefits. Great Training Leads are high quality Follow the script and you convert deals. They pay really well for hard work which does feel nice.

      Cons

      Micro Managment depending whos your supervisor can make the position very stressful. They Change supervisors every couple of months. Metrix on how you rank to get better leads is very confusing at times and sometimes feels political depending if your manager likes you or not. Very little room for growth. No set path on where you go up the ladder.
